  1. email or dropbox me the data files mibasev6.mde and history.mdb. Instructions here  http://mibase.com.au/how-to-email-your-mibase-data-files/ this needs to be done and completed when the library is closed.
    2. I will return email the mibasev7.mde file (there is no History file for this version).
    3. Install ms access on all computers download here http://mibase.com.au/downloads/art2kmin.exe
    4. Install mibase version 7 on all computers, download here http://mibase.com.au/downloads/mibase_version7.exe
    Install mibase in c:mibase (NOT c:program filesmibasev7) to avoid file permission issues.
    5. Create a share folder on the main computer e.g. c:mibase
    6. Map this to  a network drive on all computers e.g. K drive (see attached instructions)
    7. create a shortcut that points to both the ms access runtime file and the data file
    e.g. “C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeARTOfficemsaccess.exe” “k:mibasemibasev7.mde”
    8. check installation by running mibase on all computers and check to see if data updated on main computer.
